§ 01·LEGAL INFORMATION — LEGAL

Privacy Policy

How ananas.team collects, uses and protects personal data — in accordance with the Republic of Kazakhstan Law "On Personal Data and Its Protection" No. 94-V of 21 May 2013.

rev. 1.0 · August 4, 2026
01

Who processes your data

The personal data operator is ananas.team (hereinafter "we"), a performance agency in Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan. Website: ananas.team.

For any question about the processing of your data, and to exercise the rights listed in section 09, write to hello@ananas.team or message us on Telegram.

02

What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to contact you and to assess advertising requirements.

Data you provide yourself (through the request form):

  • name;
  • email address;
  • phone number (if you provided one);
  • the content of your message — including any information you choose to put in it.

Data collected automatically:

  • how you reached the site: UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), landing page, referrer;
  • advertising click identifiers: gclid (Google), fbclid (Meta), yclid (Yandex), ttclid (TikTok), msclkid (Microsoft);
  • cookies and device/browser identifiers, IP address, browser and operating system type;
  • anonymized statistics on site behavior: pages viewed, time on page, interactions with the form.

We do not collect special-category personal data (health, religious or political beliefs, biometrics) and we do not request payment details through the site.

03

Why we process data

  • to contact you about the request you submitted, answer your question, and audit advertising campaigns;
  • to prepare a commercial proposal and, with your consent, conclude and perform a contract;
  • to measure the effectiveness of our own advertising channels — to understand which campaign led to the inquiry;
  • to improve the site and its content on the basis of anonymized statistics;
  • to meet the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not sell it to third parties.

04

On what basis we do this

The basis for processing is your consent, which you give by checking the corresponding box when you submit the form (Article 8 of Law No. 94-V). Consent is voluntary, specific and informed: the full text of this policy is available to you before you give it.

Certain kinds of processing may also be carried out in order to perform a contract concluded with you and to comply with obligations placed on us by law.

Submitting the form without checking the consent box is technically impossible. The fact of consent, its date and time, and the revision of the policy are recorded together with your request.

05

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies help us understand how visitors use the site and measure how our advertising performs.

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Google, Meta and TikTok advertising pixels, including server-side transmission of events (server-side tracking). With server-side transmission, personal identifiers are hashed on our side before they are sent.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some of the site's functionality may then not work correctly.

06

Who data is shared with, and cross-border transfer

We share data only with those without whom the service cannot be provided, and only to the extent necessary:

  • the hosting and site infrastructure provider;
  • analytics and advertising services: Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok Pte. Ltd., Yandex — to measure advertising effectiveness;
  • communication services through which you contacted us yourself (for example, Telegram, WhatsApp);
  • government authorities — solely in the cases and in the manner expressly provided for by law.

Cross-border transfer.

The servers of these services are located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan (including in the USA and in countries of the European Union). This constitutes a cross-border transfer of personal data within the meaning of Article 16 of Law No. 94-V. By checking the consent box when you submit the form, you consent to such transfer as well. We transfer data only to recipients that ensure its protection on the basis of their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.

07

How long we keep data

  • requests that did not lead to a working relationship — no more than 2 years from the date of the inquiry;
  • data of active clients — for the term of the contract and 5 years after it ends, unless a different period is set by tax and accounting legislation;
  • anonymized statistics — indefinitely, since they do not make it possible to identify you.

Once the retention period expires, or upon withdrawal of consent, the data is erased or anonymized.

08

How we protect data

In accordance with Article 12 of Law No. 94-V we take organizational and technical protection measures: data transmitted through the site is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS); access to requests is granted only to the employees who need it for their work, and only through individual accounts. Access to the admin panel is restricted and password-protected.

No method of transmitting data over the internet is absolutely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection, but we keep our protection measures continuously up to date.

09

Your rights

In accordance with Article 15 of Law No. 94-V you have the right to:

  • know whether we hold your personal data and obtain information about the terms of access to it;
  • demand that the data be amended or supplemented if it is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate;
  • demand the blocking of the data where there is information that the conditions of its processing have been violated;
  • demand the erasure of the data if it was obtained unlawfully or is no longer needed for the stated purpose;
  • withdraw consent previously given at any time;
  • appeal against our acts or omissions to the authorized body or in court.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@ananas.team. We will respond within the period established by law, and in any case no later than 15 calendar days from the moment we receive your request.

10

How to withdraw consent

You can withdraw consent at any time — send an email to hello@ananas.team with the subject "Withdrawal of consent" and the contact details you provided.

After withdrawal we stop processing and erase the data, except for information we are required to keep by law. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received.

11

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current revision is always available at ananas.team/privacy, with the revision number and date shown in the page header. Material changes have no retroactive effect on data already collected: for new processing purposes we will ask for new consent.

Current revision: 1.0 of August 4, 2026.

Still have questions

If anything in this policy stayed unclear — ask. We will answer like human beings, without the legal fog.
