Microfinance company site on Next.js: Russian and Kazakh versions, Lighthouse 94+ on every screen

The task
Zhardem Zaim is a licensed microfinance company operating since 2018, with more than 50,000 clients. The site had to explain how to get a loan and how to repay it, publish documents and vacancies, lead into the client portal — in both state languages, fast on any phone, and without the aggressive advertising the regulator frowns on.
What we did
We built the site on Next.js with server-side rendering: pages arrive as finished HTML rather than being assembled in the browser.
- Two full language versions, Russian and Kazakh, with correct hreflang pairs so search serves each visitor their own language.
- Sections for getting a loan, repaying it, documents, vacancies, contacts, and the sign-in to the client portal.
- Google Tag Manager from day one — analytics built into the foundation, not bolted on later.
- The regulator’s mandatory disclosures — licence, APR cap — where people look for them.
The result
Lighthouse on the live site: 96 on desktop and 94 on mobile, accessibility 96, best practices 100, SEO 100. Zero layout shift on both, total blocking time under 10 ms. A site that opens just as fast on a flagship as on a budget phone on a weak connection.
