End-to-end analytics in plain words, and whether a small business needs it

End-to-end analytics means seeing the customer’s whole path: a person saw an ad, went to the site, left a request and paid two weeks later. And you know which ad brought that very person.

Ordinary analytics stops at the lead. End-to-end analytics goes all the way to the money.

What you get

You see how many sales and how much revenue each channel and each campaign brought. You see where money burns without return, and you can redirect it. Advertising learns from real sales, not from the cheapest leads. In our fintech app case, this approach cut the cost of opening an account by 49 percent and raised the return on advertising 3.2 times.

Does a small business need it

It depends on how much you spend on advertising and how your sales work.

If you spend a small amount, sell directly on the site and have one channel, simple Google Analytics reports and the ad accounts are enough.

If sales go through a manager, a call or a request, and the deal cycle is longer than a day, end-to-end analytics pays off fairly quickly. Simply because without it you do not know which leads were good.

If you have several channels (Google, Instagram, TikTok), without it you are comparing them by leads when you should compare by sales. These are different pictures.

What you need to launch

A site or app with tracking set up. A CRM that leads go into, even a simple one. An agreement that managers mark the outcome: paid, declined, could not reach. Without this last point the data stays empty, and it is the most common reason projects get stuck.

Setup with us takes from a week and costs from $1,500.

Our take

End-to-end analytics is not a magic button. It simply shows the truth, and not always a pleasant one. If you are ready to see that half of your advertising does not work, go ahead. If not yet, that is fine too, but then do not be surprised by the results.

We will tell you what exactly needs connecting in your case and how long it will take.
